All therapy is trauma-informed and uses AEDP and other evidence-based modalities.

Individual therapy sessions range from $80 to $275 per 50-minute session. Couples therapy sessions range from $90 to $325 per 50-minute session. Rates are determined by the licensing level of the provider leading the session. You will receive a cost estimate for your treatment plan before starting counseling.

Heart Matters NYC is an out-of-network provider. Depending on your health insurance plan or employee benefit plan, services may be covered in full or in part. Heart Matters NYC requires at least 48 hours' notice for session cancellations. Without 48 hours' notice, you may be charged the full session rate. Exceptions may be made for urgent or unforeseen circumstances — contact the office as soon as possible if something comes up.
